Everyone has the right to request the protection of their personal data. Within the scope of KVKK, the rights you have regarding your personal data are as follows: You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, and to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.

In addition, you have the right to request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request deletion or destruction if the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data have disappeared, and to request that correction, deletion and destruction procedures be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred.

You also have the right to request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, you can apply in writing together with documents identifying your identity. Your applications will be finalized within thirty days at the latest.

No fee is charged for the use of your rights. However, if your application is found to be unjustified or unlawful, a fee may be charged. In this case, you will be informed before a fee is charged. All your applications will be evaluated within the framework of confidentiality and security principles.
